- • As a Go-to-Market MBA Intern at Wagmo, you will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and AI to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming pet healthcare through innovative benefits solutions.
- • You will design and execute growth experiments, build AI-powered tools and automations, conduct retention sensitivity analyses, develop prospect intelligence for sales, support demand generation campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate data into actionable GTM strategies.
- • Wagmo is a female-founded, NYC-based pet healthcare company trusted by leading employers, offering preventive wellness plans, emergency coverage, and 24/7 pet telehealth, with a culture rooted in fearless ownership, radical candor, and customer obsession.
- • You will gain hands-on experience applying AI to real business problems, owning end-to-end growth initiatives, building tools used by the team, and receiving direct mentorship from senior leadership — turning analysis into impact in a fast-paced, builder-focused environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a recent MBA graduate
- • Builder mindset with experience building AI agents, workflows, or prototypes
- • Analytical rigor with hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue operations
- • Clear, structured communication skills to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations
- • High ownership and scrappiness: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, prioritizes impact over process
- • Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, email automation, analytics) and fluency with AI tools and LLMs
