  • • Own full-cycle recruiting for CreatorIQ’s Go-To-Market teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage requisitions from entry-level to senior leadership in the U.S., Canada, London, Poland, and the Philippines, ensuring every search is aligned with regional market realities and CreatorIQ’s ambitious growth targets.
  • • Act as a strategic talent partner to VPs and Directors, translating business roadmaps into actionable hiring plans. You will co-create role architectures, craft compelling job descriptions, and set data-driven hiring targets that balance speed, quality, and diversity.
  • • Build and nurture diverse, global talent pipelines through advanced sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, market mapping, referral programs, and targeted events). You will proactively identify under-represented talent communities and design inclusive outreach campaigns that reflect CreatorIQ’s commitment to making businesses more human.
  • • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that mirrors the premium brands we serve. From first screen to signed offer, you will own scheduling, interview prep, feedback loops, salary negotiations, and onboarding hand-offs—leveraging Greenhouse workflows and Slack integrations to keep every stakeholder informed and every candidate excited.
  • • Influence hiring decisions with real-time market intelligence. You will benchmark compensation, map competitor org charts, and present concise dashboards that help leaders calibrate expectations, refine EVP messaging, and close top-tier candidates ahead of the competition.
  • • Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and the Office of the CPO to secure approvals, ensure compliance, and streamline onboarding for remote employees across multiple jurisdictions.

  • • Experiment and iterate. You will pilot AI-driven sourcing tools, A/B test outreach copy, and refine funnel metrics to cut time-to-fill by 20 % without sacrificing quality. Insights you generate will be codified into playbooks that outlive your contract and raise the bar for the entire Talent organization.
  • • Serve as the cultural ambassador for CreatorIQ’s flexible work model. You will coordinate seamless hand-offs between time zones, facilitate virtual meet-the-team events, and ensure new hires feel connected to our global community from day one.
  • • Leave a lasting impact. Over the 6–9 month engagement you will hire 25–35 mission-critical GTM professionals, institutionalize inclusive recruiting practices, and create a knowledge base that empowers the permanent team to sustain momentum long after your assignment ends.
