  • • As a GoHighLevel Technical Expert, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our marketing automation processes. This role demands a Marketing Automation Expert with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with GoHighLevel. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integrations, particularly with Facebook, designing and testing complex workflows, establishing robust attribution and reporting mechanisms, and successfully rolling out these automations across a substantial number of client accounts. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' marketing efforts and overall business growth.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • **GoHighLevel Management and Optimization:** Take ownership of configuring, managing, and continuously optimizing GoHighLevel accounts. This includes the implementation and meticulous maintenance of sophisticated marketing automation workflows designed to nurture leads, engage clients, and drive business objectives. You will be responsible for customizing GoHighLevel features to precisely meet the diverse and evolving needs of our varied client base. A critical aspect of this role involves designing and maintaining intricate lifecycle logic for leads, opportunities, and clients, ensuring that automation behaviors are consistent, predictable, and aligned with business processes. Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing large-scale system data hygiene, focusing on deduplication, ensuring attribution consistency across all touchpoints, and maintaining the accuracy of lifecycle stage data. A significant part of your role will involve supporting the migration and rollout of new, impactful automations across hundreds of client accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption. You will also ensure that all marketing automation strategies are tightly integrated with booking flows, messaging architecture, and broader operational processes to create a cohesive and effective marketing ecosystem.
  • • **Facebook Integration Expertise:** You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining seamless Facebook integrations within the GoHighLevel platform. This involves troubleshooting any integration issues that may arise, ensuring robust data synchronization between GoHighLevel and Facebook to maintain data integrity and campaign effectiveness. Your proactive approach will minimize downtime and ensure that lead generation and engagement through Facebook are optimized.
  • • **Advanced Workflow Design and Strategic Rollout:** Design, develop, and implement advanced automated workflows that streamline and enhance our marketing processes. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to deeply understand their requirements, translating these needs into efficient, scalable, and high-performing workflows. Continuous monitoring and iterative improvement of workflow efficiency will be a key performance indicator. A crucial element of this responsibility is the execution of phased rollouts for new automations, employing strategic batching to effectively manage risk and ensure stability. You will conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks for all rollouts, verifying setup accuracy and the functionality of booking links. Furthermore, you will be adept at troubleshooting rollout issues that may emerge across multiple accounts simultaneously, providing rapid and effective solutions.
  • • **Attribution Modeling and Insightful Reporting:** Develop, implement, and maintain sophisticated attribution models to accurately measure the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels. You will be responsible for creating detailed, insightful reports and interactive dashboards that provide a clear overview of marketing activities and their impact. A core function will be analyzing this data to identify key trends, uncover actionable insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic adjustments.
  • • **Reputation Management Strategies:** Leverage GoHighLevel's capabilities to actively monitor and manage the online reputation of our clients. You will implement proactive strategies to encourage positive reviews and effectively address any negative feedback, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and brand perception. Analyzing reputation data will be crucial for identifying areas of improvement and refining client service strategies.
  • • **Email and Text Marketing Campaign Execution:** Build, execute, and manage targeted email and text marketing campaigns directly within GoHighLevel. You will develop segmented and personalized campaigns designed to effectively engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions. Continuous tracking and analysis of campaign performance metrics will be essential, allowing for agile adjustments to optimize engagement and achieve campaign goals.
  • • **Cross-Functional Communication and Client Engagement:** Serve as a primary point of contact for GoHighLevel-related inquiries, providing timely and expert support to team members and clients via Slack. You will actively participate in client calls, offering expert insights, discussing project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintaining clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients is paramount to ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. You will act as the subject matter expert for CRM automation across all internal teams, providing guidance on automation feasibility, best practices, and realistic implementation timelines. Your role is critical in ensuring our clients receive the maximum value from their GoHighLevel investment.
