• • Ruby Labs is seeking a Middle Golang Developer to build scalable, high-performance backend services, with a focus on enhancing the billing system and contributing to innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend services in Go, designing and optimizing microservices, collaborating with DevOps to deploy applications in Kubernetes using Helm, managing Postgres and Redis databases, conducting code reviews, ensuring unit test coverage, and documenting systems for team knowledge sharing.
• • The role is part of a cross-functional, remote-friendly team that includes engineers, product managers, DevOps, QA, and frontend/backend developers, all working within the CET time zone to deliver consistent, sustainable results.
• • The developer will gain hands-on experience in modern backend architecture, cloud-native deployment, financial systems engineering, and collaborative product development, with opportunities to grow technical expertise and influence system design in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
