📋 Description
- • The Google Ad Grant Manager will manage the organization’s Google Ad Grant account end to end, ensuring it remains active, compliant, and high-performing to maximize the impact of up to $40,000 per month in ad credits for a mission-driven nonprofit.
- • Day to day, the role involves logging into the account daily to monitor performance, performing optimizations every 7 days, managing keyword lists, maintaining campaign structure, setting up conversion tracking, coordinating with web teams for domain compliance, and providing weekly performance reports.
- • The team operates with a strong emphasis on compliance, performance, and accountability, supporting U.S.-based clients from a fully remote position requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
- • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in Google Ads policy compliance, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and nonprofit digital marketing, while contributing directly to organizational mission impact through measurable traffic and conversions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally including Google Ad Grant accounts
- • Google Ads certification preferred (Search or equivalent)
- • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking setup
- • Strong understanding of keyword research, quality scores, and search intent
- • Ability to write concise, mission-aligned ad copy
- • Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor and maintain compliance requirements
