📋 Description

• • As a GP Services Associate on the Fund Formations team at Belltower Fund Group LLC, you will play a critical role in launching and managing venture funds by owning and executing key fund formation and compliance workflows. This hybrid legal, compliance, and operational role ensures smooth fund launches and supports fund managers in focusing on investment strategy.
• • Day to day, you will execute fund management and compliance workflows including entity formation, regulatory filings, and related operational processes; support the launch of new fund structures in coordination with Finance, Tax, and other internal stakeholders; own data accuracy and process tracking across core operational systems; draft, review, and maintain operational documentation; identify and propose process improvements to streamline fund formation and closing cycles; and act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on fund formation timelines and requirements.
