  • • The US Equipment Install Technician I role at Henry Schein, Inc. is responsible for installing and repairing dental and medical equipment in practitioner offices under supervision, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and company profitability by ensuring equipment is properly installed and functional.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site installations and repairs, maintaining tools and inventory in the service van, completing detailed service reports, following OSHA safety protocols, communicating progress to team members and dispatchers, reviewing work orders with customers before departure, and submitting all required paperwork including FDA forms and expense reports.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 or more years of field service experience with demonstrated proficiency
  • • Basic mechanical background and customer service background
  • • Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems
  • • High school education or equivalent; vocational training or on-the-job training preferred; associate degree or technical school certification is a plus
  • • Basic troubleshooting skills and basic computer skills
  • • Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and maneuver large equipment as required by the physical demands of the job
