- • The Payor Dispute Analyst role supports Pivotal Health’s federal healthcare dispute resolution workflows, including Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) processes, by managing dispute cases through federal arbitration to ensure providers recover rightful reimbursement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating dispute eligibility and documentation, monitoring arbitration timelines and correspondence, maintaining operational tracking and documentation in internal systems and spreadsheets, and supporting operational improvements by refining workflows as the team scales dispute management processes.
- • Pivotal Health is a technology platform that helps healthcare providers get paid fairly by combining software, data, and service into an AI-driven solution that simplifies complex reimbursement workflows and reduces administrative burden.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare reimbursement and regulatory processes, strengthen analytical and detail-oriented operational skills, and contribute to meaningful impact in a mission-driven, collaborative team environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, with focus on claims management, appeals, insurance, and reimbursement
- • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation and identify inconsistencies or errors
- • Analytical thinker who can evaluate case information and determine eligibility or appropriate next steps
- • Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets to track cases and operational data
- • Able to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and regulatory timelines simultaneously
- • Strong written communication skills when coordinating with internal teams and external partners
