- • The Graduate - Operations Transformation Associate role at Lendable Ltd is a two-year, full-time graduate programme designed to develop future operational leaders by providing hands-on experience across core customer-facing operations teams in a fast-growing, profitable fintech unicorn.
- • Day to day, the associate will work on operational automation and efficiency initiatives, analyse problems using data-driven decision making, present findings to stakeholders, solve complex operational challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop customer-centric processes to improve customer experience and drive measurable impact.
- • Lendable is a UK-based fintech unicorn backed by Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs, profitable since 2017, with over 700 employees and a mission to rebuild consumer finance products using technology, AI, and machine learning to deliver credit and savings solutions in minutes rather than days.
- • The associate will gain rapid exposure to multiple operations functions, receive mentorship and leadership support, build skills in AI, digital transformation, and process improvement, and develop communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities essential for a path toward operational leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • A graduate with a STEM degree, with evidence of strong analytical thinking, creative problem solving, and quantitative skills.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you enjoy collaborating and building relationships.
- • Can demonstrate examples of critical thinking, adaptability, and initiative, ideally through academic, internship, or extracurricular experiences.
- • Results-driven and resourceful, with a willingness to learn quickly and embrace new challenges.
- • Comfortable with technology, data analysis and curious about fintech, AI, and automation.
