- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified pipeline.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and accurate logistics across time zones and teams.
- • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to ensure consistent and data-driven hiring decisions.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), prioritizing data quality and process consistency.
- • Assist in recruiting projects aimed at improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
- • Help streamline hiring operations by identifying bottlenecks and supporting process improvements to keep recruitment moving at pace.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
- • Contribute to a high-bar, execution-focused recruiting environment where attention to detail and reliability are critical.
- • Gain hands-on experience in technical recruiting within a small, fast-moving team that values initiative and learning over titles.
- • Engage in continuous learning about technical roles, hiring standards, and talent strategy in an AI-driven product company.
- • Support hiring for roles requiring strong analytical, engineering, and product-oriented backgrounds, gaining exposure to technical screening criteria.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal processes and contribute to a positive, professional candidate experience.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring needs and priorities in a startup environment with rapidly changing requirements.
- • Take ownership of assigned hiring tracks and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
