- • Design high-performing advertising creatives for social media, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns to support e-commerce marketing initiatives.
- • Create product graphics, promotional banners, and digital assets optimized for multiple platforms and screen sizes.
- • Develop visual content strictly aligned with established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- • Iterate and optimize creative assets based on campaign performance data, A/B testing results, and conversion metrics.
- • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align design output with campaign objectives and messaging strategies.
- • Produce conversion-focused designs with strong emphasis on CTA optimization, visual hierarchy, and performance-driven aesthetics.
- • Adapt existing creative for use across digital channels including Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and other e-commerce platforms.
- • Maintain and contribute to the development of brand visual systems and design standards.
- • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- • Communicate design decisions, project status, and creative recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator at an advanced level to produce professional-grade digital assets.
- • Employ Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics and animated advertising elements when required.
- • Leverage Canva and Figma for rapid prototyping, collaboration, and asset delivery.
- • Ensure all visual outputs meet technical specifications for digital advertising platforms and e-commerce websites.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative performance by analyzing engagement, click-through rates, and revenue impact.
- • Support campaign planning by developing visuals that enhance messaging and drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets consistently and on schedule to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- • Work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) to align with client time zones and team collaboration needs.
- • Contribute directly to the success of performance-driven e-commerce campaigns with measurable impact on revenue and engagement.
- • Gain exposure to performance marketing, digital advertising strategy, and creative leadership opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- • Experience designing for e-commerce or digital advertising environments
- • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Canva, and Figma
- • Experience creating conversion-focused digital marketing creatives
- • Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
