📋 Description
- • Design and execute creative assets across multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agency-style environment supporting B2B, CPG, biotech, legal, and consumer brands
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identities including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines for diverse client accounts
- • Create digital design assets using Figma, including UI layouts, landing pages, and visual concepts for websites and digital campaigns
- • Produce print materials such as business cards, brochures, postcards, trade show banners, and event signage
- • Design presentation decks (PowerPoint or equivalent) for client storytelling, business development, and pitch meetings
- • Create B2B social media content primarily for LinkedIn, including carousels, quote posts, and founder/company announcements
- • Adapt creative concepts seamlessly across digital, print, and web formats while maintaining brand consistency
- • Translate client feedback into refined, production-ready design outputs with minimal revision cycles
- • Collaborate in an async-friendly workflow with minimal supervision, managing multiple deadlines independently
- • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney for ideation, concept generation, and rapid creative iteration
- • Stay current with AI-driven design trends and avoid generic or template-like outputs in final deliverables
- • Maintain strong attention to detail and visual consistency across all deliverables and client brands
- • Communicate clearly in written English to interpret briefs, provide updates, and coordinate with clients and team members
- • Work within a lean, highly collaborative team supporting a wide range of industries without dedicated in-house brand support
- • Manage multiple client accounts concurrently with high autonomy and ownership from concept to final delivery
- • Thrive in a remote, asynchronous environment with set working hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM US Eastern Time)
- • Demonstrate versatility across branding, web/UI, print collateral, and social media design disciplines in portfolio work
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
- • Proficiency in Figma (must-have for digital work)
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding & identity systems, web/UI design, and print/marketing collateral
- • Experience producing B2B social media content, particularly for LinkedIn
- • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage multiple deadlines
