📋 Description

• • The GRC Specialist role at Cohere Inc. is a high-impact position within the Security organization, responsible for building and scaling compliance programs that reinforce customer trust and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory and AI governance requirements.
• • Day to day, the role involves implementing and maturing compliance controls across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and DoD frameworks; partnering with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Security teams to translate requirements into scalable controls; developing automation and lightweight tools for evidence collection and audit readiness; managing cross-functional projects and audit preparation; and supporting compliance efforts related to AI governance and public sector readiness.
