- • As a Group Account Supervisor at Precision Medicine Group’s Precision AQ division, you will serve as the primary lead for client relationships, driving strategic initiatives that ensure life-saving treatments reach patients by demonstrating their economic, clinical, and societal value to payers, providers, and policymakers.
- • Day to day, you will manage client agendas and presentations, lead internal and external calls with stakeholders, oversee project execution from brief to delivery, mentor junior account team members, develop and monitor project budgets, ensure compliance with PhRMA/FDA/OIG/ACCME guidelines, and identify organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- • You will join a top-tier payer marketing agency recognized for partnering with global pharmaceutical leaders to improve medicine accessibility, operating within a collaborative, cross-functional environment that values mentorship, continuous learning, and career advancement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare market access, strengthen leadership and client management skills, gain experience in financial oversight and regulatory compliance, and position yourself for advancement into senior leadership within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company
- • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to travel 10-15% as needed
