- • The Group Accounts Payable role at Legend Labs Inc. is critical to maintaining accurate and timely financial operations across a global sports and gaming marketing leader, ensuring vendor payments and financial controls support the company’s high-performance culture.
- • Day to day, you will process high-volume invoices, manage payment runs, perform account reconciliations, support month-end close activities, and maintain accurate records in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- • You’ll join a fast-moving, ambitious Finance team of 600+ professionals across 22+ countries, where learning quickly, owning outcomes, and collaborating across borders are valued as much as technical precision.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in end-to-end accounts payable processes, gain exposure to global financial systems, and build a foundation for career growth in finance within a company that treats development as a standard, not a perk.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment execution, and reconciliation.
- • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage high-volume workflows accurately and on schedule.
- • Proficiency with financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-performing finance team.
