- • Own the operational and strategic management of Finni Health’s payer network, ensuring providers successfully join and remain in-network with commercial and Medicaid payers.
- • Develop and execute strategies to expand and optimize the payer network by evaluating opportunities based on strategic fit, reimbursement potential, and long-term business value.
- • Partner with leadership to prioritize payer partnerships that align with Finni’s growth strategy and provider success goals.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with payer representatives to improve network access, contract performance, and operational outcomes.
- • Lead and develop a team responsible for payer enrollment, contracting operations, and network maintenance, including managing internal and offshore resources.
- • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational processes to drive accountability, efficiency, and scalability across payer operations.
- • Ensure accurate and timely provider enrollments, revalidations, recredentialing, roster management, and demographic updates to prevent network lapses.
- • Proactively manage all payer deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements to maintain continuous in-network status for providers.
- • Maintain accurate contract documentation, payer records, and operational data to support audits, escalations, and regulatory adherence.
- • Collaborate with Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with payer requirements and regulatory standards.
- • Prepare and present operational data, compliance metrics, and network performance reports to internal leadership and external payer partners.
- • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve speed, quality, and provider experience during onboarding and maintenance.
- • Own and analyze key operational metrics including payer enrollment rates, revalidation completion, network growth, and team performance.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce administrative burden, automate manual processes, and enhance provider satisfaction.
- • Partner with Product and Operations teams to improve internal systems and integrate automation where feasible to support rapid market expansion.
- • Serve as the operational owner for cross-functional initiatives involving payer network growth, provider onboarding, and revenue cycle alignment.
- • Align stakeholders across Credentialing, Revenue Cycle, Provider Success, Product, Compliance, Finance, and Executive Leadership on strategic priorities.
- • Contribute to special projects and evolving responsibilities as Finni Health scales its operations and geographic reach.
- • Demonstrate deep commitment to Finni Health’s mission of democratizing autism care by empowering providers with scalable operational infrastructure.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating ownership, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action while adapting to rapid organizational growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, payer operations, network management, revenue cycle operations, credentialing, or provider enrollment.
- • Direct experience working with commercial and Medicaid payers is required.
- • Proven experience with payer contracting, provider enrollment, revalidation, and network maintenance.
- • Previous people management experience preferred.
- • Experience in behavioral health, ABA, mental health, healthcare services, or healthcare technology is preferred.
- • Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.
