• • As Group Director, Client Partner - AI, you will serve as the strategic US Anchor for a critical enterprise account, leading the client relationship for an AI Acceleration program and acting as the primary bridge between eBay’s West Coast leadership and DEPT®’s expert engineering and consultancy teams in EMEA.
• • Day to day, you will build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing, MarTech, and Core AI; translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for client leadership and vice versa; orchestrate transatlantic workflows by capturing US feedback and converting it into actionable briefs for EMEA teams; remove operational blockers such as securing IT access, legal approvals, and budget codes; drive adoption of AI tools by tracking efficiency metrics and gathering live feedback; and identify adjacent opportunities for future growth within eBay’s data/AI programs.
