- • Play a key role in managing the financial operations of a fast-scaling global tech company as Group Financial Controller at Supermetrics Oy in Helsinki HQ.
- • Responsible for monthly and year-end close procedures, preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and contributing to day-to-day financial operations including AR, AP, Procurement, Expenses, Treasury and Payroll.
- • Join a Finance team at Supermetrics, a company on a mission to make data easier for everyone, with 400+ growth-minded people from diverse backgrounds building a multicultural, resourceful, and collaborative team.
- • Develop expertise in group-level financial operations in an agile international SaaS environment, strengthen internal controls, manage external audits, ensure tax compliance, and drive process automation and efficiency improvements in finance processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • Technical accounting and tax knowledge (international and local GAAP)
- • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a multinational technology business
- • Experience working with NetSuite or other ERP tools such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday
- • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
