- • We are hiring for a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) position at PAHrtners Deaf Services in Moon Township, PA.
- • The Group Home Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support employees and manage operations of 1-3 facility/facilities providing Non-ICF services.
- • The ideal candidate will be a positive and personable individual who can make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and people facing mental health, and substance use challenges.
- • The Group Home Supervisor will lead and direct the work of Direct Support Associates and be responsible for the operations of the locations assigned to.
- • The Group Home Supervisor will work closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardizing procedures, and expediting the implementation of person-centered plans.
- • The Group Home Supervisor will spend adequate amounts of time in the residential facility monitoring and providing feedback to staff on all three shifts in interactions and relationships with people supported, maintaining harmony between employees and clients while serving as a positive role model.
- • The Group Home Supervisor will provide audits for medication administration, resolve employee issues, and conduct performance reviews.
- • The Group Home Supervisor will ensure that employees meet training requirements and attend required events, monitor select budget items, and stay within guidelines.
- • The Group Home Supervisor will provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
🎯 Requirements
- • A high school diploma or equivalent
- • One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- • Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- • Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification
- • CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
- • Must be at least 18 years of age
