📋 Description
- • As Group Manager, Operations at Stepful Inc., you will design and own strategic initiatives to improve the student experience and oversee a growing team of student-experience professionals, directly contributing to Stepful’s mission of expanding access to high-demand healthcare careers for underserved learners.
- • You will drive strategic initiatives across the student journey—from learning to job placement—design and implement experiments to improve retention, learning, and placement outcomes, optimize operations and metrics tracking for coaches, instructors, and placement coordinators, and own end-to-end projects including process revamps, product feature scoping, and hiring student experience professionals.
- • Stepful is a Y Combinator-backed EdTech company reimagining allied healthcare training through affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs, partnering with major healthcare employers like CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and Walgreens to address the national healthcare worker shortage, and recently named the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025.
- • You will achieve measurable impact on student success metrics—including learning outcomes, certification, placement, and satisfaction rates—while building scalable systems to support 10x operational growth, developing leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, and gaining deep expertise in edtech operations and healthcare workforce development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of consulting or business operations experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, preferably in an edtech or healthcare environment
- • Analytical acumen, an ability to optimize metrics, and a knack for successfully developing action plans to meet business goals
- • Ability to own both strategy & execution
- • Ability to align multiple stakeholders on the strategic direction for the business
- • Ability to work directly with external partners and clients
