  • • As an Engagement Manager at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (RELX PLC), you will manage the delivery of contracted professional services to clients, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded. You will serve as the primary customer-facing lead for complex engagements, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and driving successful outcomes from implementation through ongoing optimization and business reviews.
  • • Day to day, you will act as the primary point of contact and “quarterback” for complex customer engagements, including large enterprise accounts. You will manage engagement scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and budget; partner with Technical Consultants, Analytics resources, Sales, and other stakeholders to coordinate delivery and resolve issues; build and maintain strong client relationships; lead executive-ready communications such as presentations and quarterly business reviews (QBRs); translate technical and analytical information into clear business outcomes; manage escalations; identify opportunities to expand services and support contract renewals; and support post-implementation services like policy optimization and solution tuning.
  • • You will join the Professional Services team within the Identity and Fraud organization at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a leader in risk assessment that helps customers across financial services, insurance, and other industries reduce fraud, improve compliance, and make better decisions using data, analytics, and technology. The team partners with customers to successfully implement and optimize LexisNexis Risk Solutions products, working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical Consultants, and Analytics to drive customer outcomes for mid-size to large enterprise clients, including major financial institutions.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in managing complex, high-stakes client engagements in a matrixed environment; strengthen your ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders; gain deep exposure to identity, fraud, risk, and data-driven analytics solutions; and build a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes that support customer success, contract renewals, and expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • • Experience managing client-facing engagements in a professional services, implementation, customer success, or technical consulting environment.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects or programs, including scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication.
  • • Strong customer relationship management skills, including experience presenting to senior or executive stakeholders.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong PowerPoint presentation capability.
  • • Ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams in a matrixed environment.
