- • This internship at 10Xteam Inc. offers a hands-on opportunity to support the founding team in building a business AI super-app and fractional human intelligence data platform from the ground up, where outcomes matter more than rigid job descriptions and initiative is highly valued.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting customer service and success, organizing meetups and online events, creating marketing and sales materials, managing LinkedIn and social content, handling day-to-day operations like emails and research, joining product discussions, and using AI to automate and improve workflows across functions.
- • The team operates office-first in Amsterdam, emphasizing speed, trust, and real collaboration through in-person work, with close interaction between the intern, the Operations Manager Maxime, and the founders across operations, marketing, sales, research, events, and product.
- • The intern will gain broad, practical experience in a fast-moving startup environment, learning how to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, build cross-functional skills, and apply AI tools to real-world problems while contributing to tangible outcomes in a growing tech venture.
