- • As a Group Marketing Manager at Atropos Health, you will own narrative design and leverage strategic messaging to build compelling content that advances commercial and corporate goals, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming healthcare through timely, relevant real-world evidence. Your work will bridge the gap between complex healthcare data and actionable insights, enabling life science organizations to close evidence gaps from bench to bedside and improve patient outcomes.
- • You will lead the creation of narrative-driven presentations, marketing materials, and multi-channel campaigns that inspire, inform, and captivate target audiences, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards while driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This includes designing email campaigns, managing social media presence, optimizing the website for conversion, and producing blog posts, tutorials, case studies, and visual assets that resonate with healthcare and life science stakeholders.
- • You will partner closely with the Sales team to develop impactful sales enablement materials, applying your healthtech startup experience and design expertise to equip the sales force with tools that move prospects deeper into the marketing flywheel and accelerate deal velocity.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare marketing, narrative design, and demand generation while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools for marketing, advanced analytics platforms, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth healthtech environment. You will have the opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of a company at the forefront of real-world evidence, directly influencing how healthcare organizations adopt data-driven practices to improve patient care and outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of prior narrative design experience with a strong design portfolio to be included in resume/application
- • Expertise in design principles, immersive experiences, and multimedia content creation
- • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite (especially Slides), HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint particularly)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- • Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all content and collateral
- • Track record of managing workflows to deliver projects on time with high-quality output
- • Experience researching and recommending innovative design trends and technologies to enhance brand look and feel
- • Understanding of the healthcare industry
- • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing programs
