- • Proficiency in AI-powered coding assistants like Cursor and/or Claude Code, enabling you to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes, not just write specifications.
- • Deep expertise in the payments space, encompassing industry trends, relevant technologies, regulatory considerations, and the competitive landscape.
- • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to drive meaningful outcomes by enabling and elevating others.
- • Exceptionally hands-on approach, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, digging deep into complex problems, and owning details when necessary.
