- • As a Group Product Manager for Ads Product & Platform at ServiceTitan, you will own the end-to-end ads platform that empowers tens of thousands of home-service businesses to discover, acquire, and retain customers through paid media, directly impacting their livelihood and growth.
- • You will define the roadmap for campaign management, budget pacing, creative tools, ad tracking, multi-touch attribution, and server-side event pipelines while driving AI-native innovations like predictive bid optimization, AI-generated ad copy, and smart budget allocation to position ServiceTitan as a leader in AI Engine Optimization (AEO) for the trades.
- • You will lead and mentor a product team, including a senior PM, partnering daily with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-To-Market to ship high-quality products fast, while representing Ads in executive reviews by translating complex technical trade-offs into clear business narratives.
- • You will shape the future of local service discovery by defining measurement frameworks (ROAS, CPL, LTV-adjusted ROI), building unified reporting surfaces, and ensuring privacy-compliant, future-proof data infrastructure through collaboration with Data Engineering, all while advancing ServiceTitan’s mission to power the trades with intelligent, AI-driven marketing technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–10+ years of product management experience with meaningful tenure in ads, martech, or performance marketing platforms
- • Deep SaaS background; vertical SaaS experience strongly preferred, particularly understanding industry-specific buying patterns, workflow complexity, and unit economics
- • Proven track record shipping sophisticated ads or marketing technology at scale, including campaign management, programmatic, attribution, or analytics products
- • Prior people management experience; ability to coach and elevate other product managers
- • Expert-level fluency in digital advertising landscape: Google Ads (Search, PMax, LSA), Meta, programmatic display, and attribution ecosystem (GA4, MMPs, server-side tagging)
- • Hands-on familiarity with AI Engine Optimization (AEO) concepts and how LLMs surface local businesses in AI-first discovery environments
