📋 Description
- • Own the product vision and roadmap for SoSafe’s enterprise control plane, including user and identity management, authentication, access governance, platform extensibility, and demo infrastructure.
- • Define and drive the implementation of enterprise-critical features such as SCIM-based user provisioning, SSO/SAML, role-based access control (RBAC), and a robust external API and integration surface to meet procurement and security requirements.
- • Lead the design and maintenance of SoSafe’s demo infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, production-representative, easily provisioned, reset, and synchronized with product releases to support credible enterprise sales demonstrations.
- • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to identify procurement blockers, security review patterns, and deployment challenges, translating them into a product roadmap that accelerates deal velocity and reduces time-to-value.
- • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security, and Technical Program Management to deliver platform capabilities that meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and scalability.
- • Develop SoSafe’s platform extensibility strategy, including API design, integration patterns, partner ecosystem development, and developer experience to enable seamless embedding into customers’ existing security stacks.
- • Work with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to articulate SoSafe’s enterprise-readiness story, support pre-sales security reviews, and contribute to RFP responses with technical accuracy.
- • Establish and track performance metrics for platform capabilities, quantifying their impact on enterprise conversion rates, deployment speed, and customer expansion.
- • Ship features incrementally, leveraging feedback from early adopters while maintaining a high bar for security, reliability, and user experience across all enterprise-facing capabilities.
- • Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Security, Legal, Sales, and executive stakeholders to ensure coherent execution of a platform strategy that directly influences commercial outcomes.
- • Drive product decisions that balance long-term platform scalability with immediate enterprise deal requirements, prioritizing outcomes over output in high-stakes, security-critical domains.
- • Ensure all platform capabilities are designed with enterprise IT and security teams in mind, enabling frictionless provisioning of thousands of users, secure access governance across complex organizational structures, and seamless integration with existing tools.
- • Maintain deep awareness of enterprise security procurement processes and compliance requirements, ensuring SoSafe’s platform consistently passes security reviews and builds trust with technical buyers.
- • Translate customer and sales feedback into actionable product priorities that enhance platform trustworthiness, deployability, and extensibility within the enterprise security ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS business.
- • Proven track record of owning platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products with direct commercial impact, such as identity and access management, platform extensibility, integration ecosystems, demo or sandbox infrastructure, or enterprise administration and compliance capabilities.
- • Conceptual fluency in enterprise authentication and provisioning standards, including SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, and RBAC.
- • Demonstrable mastery of outcome-oriented prioritisation, balancing long-term platform investment with short-term enterprise deal requirements.
- • Exceptional cross-functional leadership experience aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders.
- • Comfort operating in high-complexity, high-stakes technical domains where reliability and security are non-negotiable constraints.
