  • • Lead the Core product unit at Wrike, defining and evolving the vision, strategy, and priorities for the foundational product area used daily by customers to plan, structure, manage, and scale work.
  • • Manage a team of five Product Managers across five product teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, consistent product quality, and strong decision-making across the unit.
  • • Balance three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to be AI-native for both human and AI agent collaboration.
  • • Drive strategic prioritization by evaluating customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term platform bets to determine what matters most.
  • • Enable AI-native R&D by contributing to the development of processes, tooling, and mindsets that allow the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x through AI-native ways of working.
  • • Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers to achieve their next level of leadership, fostering growth in strategic product thinking and execution.
  • • Shape the foundational Wrike experience used by enterprise customers globally, influencing daily workflows at scale and impacting product direction, customer value, and long-term competitiveness.
  • • Align cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive execution and stakeholder buy-in for Core product initiatives.
  • • Apply deep customer empathy and UX judgment to balance complexity and simplicity in a high-power, high-adoption product environment.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of Wrike’s product experience for an AI-native future, redefining how teams create, structure, and manage work with intelligent agents.
  • • Maintain strong technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering leaders and make informed decisions on platform architecture and scalability.
  • • Champion a customer-centric mindset across the Core unit, ensuring all product decisions are rooted in understanding the customer journey, experience, and value.
  • • Operate in a hybrid work model with an expectation to collaborate in person 2–3 days per week from the Prague office, balancing distributed flexibility with in-person connection.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • • Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and delivery
  • • Enterprise SaaS experience with strong knowledge of B2B SaaS customer needs including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management
  • • Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers
  • • Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction
  • • Excellent UX judgment to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences
