  • • Lead the Core product unit at Wrike, defining the vision and strategy for the foundational product area used daily by customers to plan, structure, manage, and scale work.
  • • Manage a team of five Product Managers across five product teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, consistent product quality, and strong decision-making across the unit.
  • • Balance three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience for an AI-native future where both humans and AI agents collaborate.
  • • Prioritize ferociously across customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets, with a clear focus on what delivers maximum impact.
  • • Enable AI-native R&D by contributing to the development of processes, tooling, and mindsets that allow the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x through AI-driven workflows.
  • • Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers to grow into stronger strategic product leaders, supporting their hiring, performance, and career progression.
  • • Shape the foundational Wrike experience used by enterprise customers globally, influencing product direction, customer value, and long-term competitiveness.
  • • Drive strategic complexity by navigating trade-offs between technical depth, scalability, configurability, adoption, and usability in a complex B2B SaaS product.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership to align on product priorities and execution.
  • • Maintain excellent UX judgment to balance power and simplicity in a product that serves both novice and advanced users across large organizations.
  • • Contribute to redefining the product vision for Core Wrike to prepare it for a future where AI transforms how teams create, structure, and manage work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • • Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery
  • • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management
  • • Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction
  • • Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers
  • • Excellent UX judgment to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences
