- • Lead Wrike’s Core product unit, defining the vision and strategy for the foundational work management experience used daily by enterprise customers to plan, structure, and scale their work.
- • Manage a team of five Product Managers across five product teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, consistent product quality, and alignment on strategic priorities.
- • Balance three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to support AI-native collaboration for both humans and AI agents.
- • Drive strategic prioritization across customer requests, enterprise needs, technical debt, usability improvements, and long-term platform investments with rigorous trade-off analysis.
- • Enable AI-native R&D by contributing to the development of processes, tooling, and mindsets that enable the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x through AI-driven workflows.
- • Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers to grow into stronger strategic leaders, including performance management, hiring, and career progression planning.
- • Shape the future of enterprise SaaS collaboration by integrating deep customer empathy with product judgment to balance complexity and simplicity in a high-scale product environment.
- • Align cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership to ensure product strategy is executed with precision and impact.
- • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Core Wrike, from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery and metric-driven iteration.
- • Champion a customer-centric culture by grounding product decisions in validated customer insights, usage data, and enterprise adoption patterns.
- • Lead the transformation of Wrike’s core experience to be ready for an AI-augmented future, defining how AI agents interact with and enhance human workflows.
- • Influence product culture across the broader R&D organization by modeling strategic thinking, accountability, and collaborative leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders
- • Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery
- • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management
- • Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction
- • Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers
- • Excellent UX judgment to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences
