  • • Lead the Core product unit at Wrike, defining the vision and strategy for the foundational product area used by customers to plan, structure, manage, and scale work.
  • • Manage a team of five Product Managers across five product teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, consistent product quality, and strong decision-making across the unit.
  • • Balance three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to be AI-native for both human and AI agent collaboration.
  • • Prioritize ferociously across customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets with a clear focus on what delivers maximum impact.
  • • Enable AI-native R&D by contributing to the development of processes, tooling, and mindsets that scale R&D output and outcomes by 10x through AI-driven workflows.
  • • Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers to grow into stronger strategic product leaders, supporting their hiring, performance, and career progression.
  • • Shape the foundational Wrike experience used daily by customers at scale, influencing product direction, customer value, and long-term competitiveness.
  • • Align cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive execution and stakeholder buy-in.
  • • Apply deep customer empathy and product judgment to balance complexity and simplicity in enterprise SaaS workflows, ensuring the product remains accessible yet powerful.
  • • Drive strategic prioritization by making hard trade-offs between incomparable investments, technical debt, customer escalations, and platform evolution.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of Wrike’s product experience for an AI-native future, redefining how teams create, structure, and manage work with AI agents.
  • • Maintain strong UX judgment to ensure that increased functionality does not compromise usability for enterprise users managing complex workflows.
  • • Champion a customer-focused, collaborative, and creative product culture aligned with Wrike’s core values and mission to free people to focus on their most purposeful work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • • Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of product discovery, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and delivery
  • • Enterprise SaaS experience with knowledge of B2B SaaS customer needs including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management
  • • Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers
  • • Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer demands, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction
  • • Excellent UX judgment to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences
