- • As a Group Product Manager for CTV User Understanding at Moloco, you will lead product strategy for identity, features, and signals across the machine learning-driven ads platform, directly influencing model performance, targeting accuracy, and advertiser outcomes in a privacy-first world.
- • You will define how to establish durable, privacy-conscious identity across devices (e.g., connecting CTV with mobile signals), extract maximum value from 1P and 3P data sources (e.g., UPT, Lotame), and enable advertisers to use their 1P data for audience targeting and exclusion at scale.
- • Moloco builds powerful AI advertising solutions that democratize access to advanced machine learning for businesses globally, with headquarters in Silicon Valley and offices in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, and international locations including Seoul, Beijing, Singapore, and London.
- • You will operate at the intersection of machine learning, large-scale data systems, and performance advertising, partnering with engineering and data science to turn complex data into measurable business impact while building and scaling products from 0→1 in high-growth environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 9–12 years of experience, with 8+ years in Product Management
- • Proven track record owning platform, infrastructure, or data-driven products end-to-end
- • Experience defining ambiguous problem spaces and translating them into clear product strategies
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to make decisions in data-sparse environments
- • Deep curiosity about customer needs and ability to translate them into scalable solutions
- • Experience in ad tech, CTV, identity, targeting, or machine learning systems is strongly preferred
