- • Lead the product strategy and execution across three cross-functional squads: Financial Experience, ERP Integrations Growth, and ERP Integrations Maturity, owning the full accounting automation lifecycle from spend capture to ERP posting.
- • Define and own the multi-team roadmap aligned with Perk’s mission to eliminate accounting shadow work, ensuring measurable business outcomes and alignment with company growth and revenue targets.
- • Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers by setting clear expectations, running structured 1:1s, and fostering a culture of ownership, customer empathy, and continuous improvement.
- • Drive high-velocity product execution through bold, data-informed bets, leveraging customer feedback, market research, and AI intuition to reshape finance automation workflows.
- • Define and execute the ERP integration strategy for major platforms including NetSuite, SAP, Business Central, Xero, and QuickBooks, ensuring fast onboarding, clean data flows, and enterprise-grade reliability.
- • Champion the finance controller experience across all touchpoints—invoice collection, VAT recovery, expense reconciliation, and multi-entity reporting—to remove friction and create delight.
- • Prototype AI-powered automation features rapidly using tools such as Claude and Cursor to accelerate development cycles and move from concept to production-ready solutions.
- • Stay deeply informed on AI research, fintech trends, and ERP ecosystem developments, filtering signal from noise to drive step-change improvements in product functionality.
- • Manage and influence key stakeholders across Finance, Revenue, Customer Care, Compliance, and Engineering leadership, communicating progress, risks, and strategy with clarity and rigor.
- • Represent the Finance Automation group in company-wide leadership forums, contributing to Builders-wide strategy and ensuring cross-group alignment on product priorities.
- • Set clear KPIs and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize initiatives, distinguishing leading from lagging metrics to guide product decisions.
- • Fluently engage with engineering teams on architecture, API design, and data flow decisions, understanding technical complexity and tradeoffs without needing to code.
- • Apply platform thinking to scale ERP integrations across diverse customer bases, evaluating build-vs-buy decisions and ensuring sustainable, reusable solutions.
- • Synthesize complex technical, financial, and customer insights into crisp, compelling narratives for audiences ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives.
- • Navigate ambiguity in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment, making confident product decisions under uncertainty and iterating rapidly based on evidence and feedback.
- • Work in-person at least three days per week from Perk’s Barcelona hub, as the role requires physical collaboration to maintain team connectivity, creativity, and productivity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in product management with at least 2 years leading a group of teams or managing other PMs
- • Deep understanding of finance automation including ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks preferred), expense reconciliation, VAT reclaim, and invoice management
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across engineering, finance, compliance, and revenue
- • Fluency in data analysis, KPI setting, and using quantitative/qualitative signals to prioritize product work
- • Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar, and comfort with Figma, Git, and collaborative design environments
- • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality products to enterprise finance users (CFOs, Finance Controllers, accounting teams)
