- • As a Group Product Manager for GRC Workflows at Vanta, you will lead product strategy and execution for core security and compliance workflows that directly impact how thousands of organizations manage their GRC programs daily, driving customer retention, expansion, and competitive differentiation in a rapidly evolving market.
- • You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching on strategy, execution, and stakeholder management while building a high-performing talent bench to scale with Vanta’s growth, fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and AI-first innovation.
- • You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure aligned triad collaboration, translate customer insights into product roadmaps, and champion an AI-first approach that reimagines how compliance work gets done—moving beyond manual processes to intelligent, automated workflows.
- • In this role, you will define and execute product strategies that expand the serviceable addressable market by identifying new strategic opportunities, evolving capabilities in access management, identity, and compliance, and positioning Vanta as a leader in the AI-driven GRC space.
- • You will serve as a culture champion by modeling Vanta’s principles, mentoring PMs on career growth and product excellence, and ensuring teams operate with strong values, healthy dynamics, and a bias for action that drives consistent, high-quality delivery.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape the future of trust management by leveraging AI to create step-function improvements in product experiences, guiding teams to build intelligent features that reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and deliver real value to security and compliance professionals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management experience in high-growth, complex B2B SaaS environments
- • 3+ years of experience directly managing product teams, including coaching and developing senior Product Managers
- • Proven track record of setting clear product vision and driving teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in revenue, retention, and adoption
- • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline—ability to set direction and ensure teams ship results consistently
- • Deep customer empathy and commitment to staying close to users, with expectations that teams do the same
- • Experience at companies of similar stage and scale to Vanta (mid-size, scaling B2B SaaS)
- • Bonus: Experience with access management, identity, GRC, security, or compliance products
