- • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of Harvey’s Knowledge Platform, including third-party integrations, legal tech connectors, and private legal data pipelines that feed AI workflows.
- • Lead the development of scalable integration ecosystems enabling customers and partners to self-serve connections to Harvey’s platform, increasing adoption and ecosystem richness.
- • Collaborate daily with Harvey’s India Engineering team to scope, design, and ship high-quality integrations with document management systems, legal databases, and enterprise tools.
- • Partner with Business Development to identify, negotiate, and manage joint development initiatives with key legal tech partners and integration aggregators.
- • Deeply understand the workflows of lawyers at top law firms and in-house legal teams, translating enterprise knowledge practices (DMS files, matter data, firm content) into product requirements that enhance AI accuracy and usability.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Harvey’s India office and HQ (San Francisco / New York), ensuring alignment on product priorities, timelines, and strategic goals across time zones.
- • Shape and elevate Harvey’s product culture in India by establishing best practices for PM execution, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Define and prioritize feature development around access control, governance, compliance, and operational scalability required for deployment in regulated legal environments.
- • Work closely with Design, Legal Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure seamless user experiences from data ingestion to AI-powered insights.
- • Translate complex technical architectures — including vector search, orchestration systems, and sync reliability — into clear product requirements and trade-off analyses.
- • Drive customer-centric product decisions grounded in real-world use cases from enterprise legal clients across 60+ countries.
- • Maintain a deep awareness of enterprise SaaS go-to-market dynamics including customer commitments, partner integrations, data governance, and compliance frameworks critical to legal tech adoption.
- • Contribute to the long-term vision of Harvey’s Knowledge Platform as the foundational layer connecting AI to the global legal knowledge ecosystem.
- • Actively participate in roadmap planning, metric definition, and iterative feedback loops with engineering and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit.
- • Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executives and external stakeholders with data-driven clarity and confidence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company
- • Demonstrated ability to own and drive a product area end-to-end, from strategy through execution and iteration
- • Strong technical fluency to engage in deep conversations with engineers on system design, API architecture, data pipelines, vector search, orchestration systems, and sync reliability
- • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market dynamics, including customer commitments, partner integrations, access control, governance, and deployment in regulated industries
- • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success teams in dependency-heavy environments
- • Based in Bengaluru and eligible to work in India (no visa sponsorship available)
