- • As a Group Product Manager based in our Noida office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of the foundational systems that underpin Level AI's comprehensive product suite, with a particular focus on the Agentic AI Platform. This is a mission-critical position for an individual who is passionate about empowering internal teams and guaranteeing the stability and scalability of our products for enterprise-level clients.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, build, and launch the next generation of scalable platform capabilities. This involves a deep understanding of both the technical intricacies of AI systems and the strategic business objectives that Level AI aims to achieve. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform, ensuring it can support increasingly complex AI workloads and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- • You will own the entire platform portfolio, with a significant emphasis on the Agentic AI domain. This includes defining and meticulously executing the product roadmap for Agentic AI, ensuring its strategic alignment with the overarching company vision and the evolving needs of our diverse customer base. Your roadmap will be a living document, adapted to market dynamics and technological advancements.
- • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our world-class Engineering and Data Science teams. You will partner with them to architect and scale services that are capable of handling massive, large-scale AI workloads. This requires translating complex technical requirements and AI model behaviors into actionable product strategies and ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- • You will be adept at translating intricate data patterns and user behaviors into clear, compelling business insights and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These insights will be crucial for both our external customers, helping them derive maximum value from our platform, and for internal stakeholders, guiding strategic decision-making and product development.
- • Beyond product strategy, you will also serve as a mentor and leader for your team. You will be responsible for coaching and developing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, and ensuring the team's collective impact aligns with our ambitious goals.
- • Cultivating strong relationships with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, is essential. You will work hand-in-hand with these teams to ensure our platform delivers tangible customer value and that their feedback loop informs our product development cycle.
- • This role demands a proactive and curious mindset, with a strong bias for action, particularly within the AI/ML industry and platform space. You should possess a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, including GTM teams, and demonstrate a strong technical aptitude or a high degree of comfort working with engineering and ML teams.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrating a capacity for rapid learning within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- • Experience in leading and managing a team is a significant advantage, showcasing your ability to inspire, guide, and drive performance. This hybrid role requires mandatory presence in our Noida office 2-3 days per week, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field.
- • 6-8 years of progressive product management experience, with a strong emphasis on platform or technical products.
- • Proven experience in defining and executing product roadmaps, working closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts and data into clear business insights and KPIs.
- • Experience leading and mentoring a product team, fostering growth and accountability.
- • Strong customer-facing skills and comfort engaging with enterprise clients to understand their needs and drive value.
- • Curiosity, a strong bias for action, and experience within the AI/ML industry or with platform technologies.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- • Comfort working with ambiguity and a proven ability to learn quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
