- • The Group Product Operations Manager, Strategy & Central Ops role at Motiv Inc. is a senior leadership position focused on designing and evolving the foundational systems, processes, and operating cadence that enable the product organization to build, launch, and communicate products effectively at scale. This role ensures alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams by establishing clear workflows, standards, and communication practices that drive efficiency and consistency.
- • Day to day, the incumbent will design and improve core product development processes, maintain deep familiarity with product workflows, build and maintain tooling and trackers for consistent execution, translate strategy into execution models (e.g., planning cycles, MBRs), establish quality standards for product artifacts, lead cross-functional coordination with Product Marketing and Support, own internal product communication, drive change management for new systems, manage the product operations tool stack, and lead and develop a team of Product Operations managers.

- • In this role, the individual will leave a lasting impact on how a scaling product organization operates by transforming Product Operations from reactive support to proactive system design, gaining expertise in enterprise-scale product lifecycle management, cross-functional leadership, change management, and operational strategy while developing leadership and mentoring capabilities for a high-performing team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Ops, Consulting or a related role within a technical organization
- • 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and setting execution standards for a team
- • Experience owning and evolving product development processes, operating cadence, or planning frameworks at scale
- • Proven ability to design systems and workflows adopted across large, cross-functional product organizations
- • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution — ability to define the 'what' and drive the 'how'
- • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support leaders
- • Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive alignment, and influence without authority
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear, executive-ready narratives
- • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- • Comfort working with data, tools, and dashboards to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement
