- • The Group Vice President, Field Sales is a second-line leadership role responsible for driving Saviynt’s sales strategy, execution, and performance across the Americas region.
- • The role involves overseeing a team of regional sales leaders, achieving ambitious growth targets, developing scalable go-to-market strategies, and building high-performing teams.
- • As a key member of the leadership team, the GVP plays a critical role in shaping the company’s regional strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning execution across global sales initiatives.
- • The person will lead and mentor sales directors and managers, drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and pipeline management, collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market efforts, and represent Saviynt at executive levels with customers and partners.
- • Saviynt is a leader in identity security, recognized for its AI-powered platform that protects digital assets, drives operational efficiency, and reduces compliance costs for Fortune 500 companies, government institutions, and global brands.
- • The individual will have the opportunity to influence company-wide sales strategy, scale operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, and develop leadership capabilities while contributing to the advancement of AI-safe identity governance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in B2B enterprise software sales leadership, preferably in cybersecurity, identity, or SaaS industries.
- • Experience managing and scaling regional sales teams across multiple geographies within the Americas.
- • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding aggressive revenue targets and quota attainment.
- • Strong strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans aligned with product and market trends.
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
