- • As a Growth Account Executive - Expansion at ClickUp, you will drive revenue growth by expanding the footprint of ClickUp’s AI-powered productivity platform within existing customer accounts through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full sales cycle—from identifying expansion opportunities and qualifying leads to delivering product demos, negotiating deals, and closing contracts—while maintaining a healthy pipeline and collaborating with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- • ClickUp is a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company building the first truly converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, empowering millions of teams to work more productively and break free from silos.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the ClickUp platform, refine your consultative sales skills, and achieve significant career growth by consistently exceeding quotas in a high-impact, mission-driven environment shaping the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of relevant full sales cycle experience with emphasis on expansion, cross-selling, and upselling, preferably in a high-velocity SaaS environment
- • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- • Solution seller mindset: genuinely curious, a good listener, and highly accountable
