  • • As a key member of the School Partnerships team, your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding our current customer base across various Australian states. This involves a proactive and strategic approach to account management, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement with our existing partners. You will be the trusted advisor for these institutions, understanding their evolving needs and demonstrating how Atomi's solutions can continue to provide exceptional value and support their educational objectives.
  • • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of your success. You will work hand-in-hand with our dedicated Customer Success team to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for our clients. By sharing insights, identifying potential growth areas, and jointly developing strategies, you will contribute to a unified approach that maximizes customer satisfaction and retention, while simultaneously unlocking new avenues for expansion. This synergy ensures that our clients not only stay with Atomi but also grow with us.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to developing and executing targeted growth strategies tailored to specific regions and types of educational institutions. This includes conducting market research, identifying key stakeholders within schools and districts, and building strong, lasting relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. You will be adept at understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the education landscape and positioning Atomi as the indispensable partner for digital learning transformation.

You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of growth opportunities, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
