  • • Linq is at the forefront of building the essential messaging infrastructure for the AI era, a domain where data is not just important, but foundational to every strategic decision. We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Growth Analyst to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights, empowering us to make confident decisions regarding resource allocation, customer acquisition strategies, and product optimization. As a Growth Analyst, you will be deeply embedded within the growth team, taking full ownership of our measurement infrastructure and consistently surfacing the critical insights that will steer our most significant strategic initiatives. This is far more than a passive reporting position; you will be instrumental in orchestrating a monthly Go-To-Market (GTM) learning cadence, meticulously designing and executing experiments, and continuously enhancing our understanding of our customers and acquisition channels on a weekly basis.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of analytical and strategic tasks designed to drive measurable growth. You will be responsible for owning and maintaining comprehensive growth reporting, which includes the meticulous construction and upkeep of dashboards that track key performance indicators across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. A significant part of your role will involve leading a monthly GTM learning cadence. This entails synthesizing key learnings from past initiatives, identifying overarching trends, and defining the specific hypotheses and tests that will guide our future strategies. You will also be tasked with building and managing a robust ad experimentation framework, covering all facets of our advertising efforts, from creative elements and ad copy to audience targeting strategies. This framework will be crucial for optimizing our paid acquisition spend and maximizing return on investment.
  • • Furthermore, you will dive deep into analyzing funnel and site conversion performance, employing a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. You will design and execute structured A/B tests and other experiments to systematically enhance conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey. A key differentiator for Linq is our focus on customer quality. You will identify and score critical customer quality signals early in the funnel, enabling us to effectively disqualify poor-fit leads before they consume valuable resources. This proactive approach ensures that our sales and marketing efforts are focused on the most promising prospects. Analyzing customer data will be central to uncovering common use cases, identifying key industry verticals where we have traction, and defining patterns within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This deep understanding will inform our product development and marketing messaging.
  • • To support our scaling efforts, you will build predictive models to forecast pipeline, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV). These models will provide essential visibility into our future growth trajectory and inform strategic planning. Collaboration is key to our success. You will partner closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data instrumentation, guaranteeing that we have the clean, reliable data necessary for robust analysis and decision-making. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and a passion for uncovering the 'why' behind the data. You will be the go-to expert for understanding user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and market trends, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive tangible business outcomes and shape the future of Linq.
