  • • Are you a meticulous and data-driven Product Feed Manager with a passion for optimizing e-commerce performance? Scale Army Careers is seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Design Strategy team as our first dedicated Product Feed Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end management and optimization of product data feeds for a leading marketing software platform that empowers global brands to control and design their product catalogs at scale. Our client works with prestigious apparel brands such as Nike, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, and Fashion Nova, alongside numerous agencies and e-commerce businesses worldwide.
  • • In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment of product data across all major advertising channels. You will serve as the go-to expert for all things related to product feeds, collaborating closely with paid media buyers, internal teams, and enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on building scalable feed solutions, resolving complex data issues, and proactively enhancing feed performance across critical platforms like Google Shopping, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, and many others. This is a high-impact position where you will directly contribute to the success of some of the world's most recognizable consumer brands.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of product feed management. This includes configuring and managing robust feed pipelines that seamlessly connect e-commerce platforms to various advertising channels. You will be tasked with troubleshooting a wide range of issues, from missing product attributes and data errors to platform disapprovals and performance bottlenecks. A key aspect of your role will involve optimizing product data itself – refining titles, descriptions, categories, images, and attributes to maximize visibility and conversion rates. You will leverage your expertise to build sophisticated feed rules, custom labels, and segmentation logic, directly supporting and enhancing paid media strategies.
  • • You will oversee critical integrations with essential platforms such as Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalogs, TikTok for Business, Pinterest Business, and other relevant advertising channels. Regular, thorough feed audits will be a core part of your routine, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with platform policies, and adherence to best practices. Furthermore, you will provide essential support to enterprise clients, addressing their feed-related technical inquiries and guiding them towards optimal feed configurations. A significant part of your success will be measured by your ability to collaborate effectively with paid media buyers and other internal teams, driving performance improvements and sharing valuable best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and optimization.
  • • This role demands a proactive and analytical approach. You should be comfortable diving deep into data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement solutions that drive tangible results. The ability to anticipate potential problems and implement preventative measures will be highly valued. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in product feed management, e-commerce advertising, or digital marketing, with a strong focus on data feeds.
  • • Hands-on experience with feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, Marpipe, or similar platforms).
  • • Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalogs, and the specific feed requirements for major advertising platforms.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, manipulation, and optimization of large datasets.
  • • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders at a professional level.
