Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Build and iterate outbound sequencing and enrichment workflows in Clay to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts within Junction’s ICP of Series A–C digital health companies.
- • Identify and act on real-time buying signals including funding rounds, job postings, product launches, executive moves, and category shifts to trigger targeted outreach.
- • Research and qualify prospects against Junction’s ideal customer profile, determining the optimal contact and messaging strategy for each account.
- • Write and test outbound email copy, experimenting with subject lines, value propositions, and messaging angles to improve response and meeting conversion rates.
- • Set qualified discovery meetings with Account Executives by ensuring outreach is signal-driven, highly personalized, and aligned with prospect needs — not volume-based.
- • Operate without a predefined playbook; help design, document, and refine the outbound system as Junction scales its GTM team in 2026.
- • Collaborate closely with Head of Sales and current BDR to co-build the foundational outbound infrastructure, including targeting logic, enrichment rules, and workflow automation.
- • Use data to diagnose underperforming outreach — analyze what worked, what didn’t, and iterate based on measurable pipeline outcomes, not activity metrics.
- • Maintain a high standard of writing: prioritize specificity, relevance, and contextual value in every message to ensure resonance with technical buyers in digital health.
- • Work remotely after an initial three-month period requiring two days per week in a New York City metro co-working space.
- • Contribute to a culture of ownership, where success is measured by quality pipeline generated, not calls made or emails sent.
- • Proactively seek out and adopt tools and techniques that increase effectiveness, even when not mandated by leadership.
- • Operate in ambiguous environments by creating structure where none exists, adapting quickly to evolving product-market fit and sales motion.
- • Engage with a technical buyer audience familiar with SaaS platforms, health data infrastructure, and cloud-based diagnostic systems.
- • Leverage Junction’s existing pipeline of digital health companies and proven buying signals to accelerate outreach efficiency and pipeline growth.
- • Participate in regular in-person offsites (e.g., Tenerife, Miami) and utilize a monthly $150 coworking space stipend.
- • Maintain alignment with Junction’s timezone requirement: physically based in GMT or EST time zones.
🎯 Requirements
- • Have built outbound workflows yourself, not just used them, and can explain what you built, why, and the problem it solved.
- • Think in systems: diagnose outreach failures with data, iterate methodically, and explain changes based on outcomes.
- • Write high-quality, personalized outbound copy that prioritizes relevance and specificity over generic templating.
- • Thrive in ambiguity and have experience building structure in early-stage or startup environments.
- • Prior experience as an SDR or outbound representative in B2B SaaS or technical product sales is preferred.
- • Physically based in GMT or EST time zones.
🏖️ Benefits
- • $70K–$80K base salary + $30K uncapped commission at 100% quota + equity.
- • $1,000 stipend for home office equipment.
- • $300 monthly learning budget for personal development and productivity tools.
- • 25 days of paid time off per year plus national holidays.
- • Healthcare coverage based on location.
- • Monthly $150 stipend for coworking space usage.
