📋 Description

• • As a Founding Growth Engineer at Oscilar, you will design and build the infrastructure that powers the company's revenue engine, directly impacting growth by enabling high-propensity account identification, personalized outreach at scale, and measurable revenue generation.
• • You will build scalable GTM data pipelines, integrate systems across Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and analytics platforms, and develop internal tools to improve BDR and AE productivity while enabling AI-native workflows through high-quality structured data pipelines.
• • Oscilar is building the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, trusted by banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk using AI, with a mission-driven team from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent focused on making the digital world safer.
