  • • Own the full-funnel growth engine for a climate-tech pioneer. As Growth & GTM Associate you will design, launch, and iterate on campaigns that put Perennial’s soil-carbon measurement platform in front of Fortune-500 sustainability teams and leading carbon-project developers. Every experiment you run directly increases the acres transitioning to regenerative agriculture and the tons of COâ‚‚e removed from the atmosphere.
  • • Run high-impact LinkedIn ad campaigns end-to-end: build audience segments from enriched CRM data, craft thumb-stopping creative, set bid strategies, monitor CPL & ROAS daily, and feed winning variants back into organic content. You will manage a monthly budget in the five-figure range and be expected to improve CTR and CVR quarter-over-quarter.
  • • Build and test signal-driven outbound motions that feel 1:1 at scale. Using intent data from Bombora, LinkedIn engagement graphs, and Clay waterfalls, you will assemble micro-lists of 50–200 accounts, draft hyper-personalized messages, and A/B test subject lines, cadence, and CTAs. Report weekly on open, reply, and meeting-set rates; double-down on sequences that exceed 15 % reply rate.
  • • Turn our co-founders’ deep agronomic and climate-science expertise into a content machine. Each week you will interview Dr. Hunter and Dr. Alderman, extract 3–5 gold-nugget insights, and spin them into LinkedIn posts that earn >5 % engagement. Repurpose the same material into SEO blog posts, 90-second Reels, and ad copy—maximizing content ROI while preserving scientific rigor.
  • • Produce sales-enablement assets that shorten deal cycles. Translate technical whitepapers into crisp two-pagers, build account-specific battlecards, and maintain a living library of case studies (ROI snapshots, grower testimonials, MRV screenshots). You will arm Account Directors with everything they need to move prospects from first call to signed SOW.
  • • Monitor the RFP & grant landscape daily. Scour Climate Base, RFP Database, and Fortune-500 procurement portals for new Scope-3 measurement tenders. Summarize requirements, map stakeholders, and flag high-probability opportunities in Slack within 24 hours of release.
  • • Instrument everything. Own HubSpot attribution dashboards, UTM hygiene, and lead-scoring models. Surface insights such as “content X drives 2Ă— pipeline value per MQL” or “outbound motion Y converts best with carbon-credit developers >$50 M revenue.” Present findings in a 15-minute weekly stand-up that shapes next sprint priorities.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Science, and Policy teams to ensure messaging accuracy and regulatory compliance. When new IPCC guidance or USDA protocols drop, you will rapidly update copy and create FAQ snippets so Sales is never caught off-guard.
  • • Contribute to market-expansion experiments: launch a quarterly newsletter targeting ag-retailers, pilot a referral program for soil-sampling labs, and secure speaking slots at World Agri-Tech and North American Carbon World. You will own KPIs from registration to post-event nurture.
  • • Grow into a marketing leader. Within 12–18 months you will have the opportunity to manage contractors, own a budget line, and shape Perennial’s category narrative. We invest in your development with a $1,500 annual learning stipend and mentorship from ex-Stripe and ex-Meta growth leaders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or climate-tech startups
  • • Proven ability to write clear, engaging content—especially long-form LinkedIn posts, case studies, and email sequences that convert
  • • Demonstrated success running LinkedIn Ads: audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and performance reporting
  • • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable building dashboards in HubSpot or similar, interpreting CPL, CVR, and LTV metrics, and iterating based on data
  • • Experience or strong curiosity in signal-driven outbound (intent data, enrichment tools, personalized sequences) rather than spray-and-pray SDR tactics
  • • Bonus: familiarity with regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, or Scope-3 emissions measurement
