This pivotal role is responsible for architecting and scaling a robust participant acquisition engine that drives significant growth for our unique market intelligence platform. Rwazi connects the world's largest brands with structured market intelligence derived from short, paid tasks completed by a global network of participants. You will be instrumental in building a systematic growth engine that not only expands our reach into new geographies but also deepens our participant density in existing markets, directly impacting our revenue and client satisfaction.
- • In this role, you will own the critical discipline of attracting high-intent participants – individuals who not only sign up but actively engage in completing paid tasks and return for more. Your primary focus will be on developing and optimizing a compounding participant acquisition engine. This involves creatively leveraging a diverse range of channels beyond traditional paid media. You will be expected to design and implement innovative strategies including organic loops, referral mechanics, strategic community partnerships, agentic outreach pipelines, and geo-specific distribution models. The success of your efforts will be measured by the quality and engagement of participants, not just superficial metrics like impressions or clicks. You will be responsible for ensuring that every activated participant represents valuable capacity that Rwazi can monetize, directly contributing to our business objectives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide array of growth hacking activities. You will architect and manage the participant acquisition engine, focusing on sustainable growth through organic loops, referral programs, and strategic community collaborations. A significant part of your role will involve developing and implementing automation and agentic workflows. This includes utilizing LLMs for personalized outreach, employing scrapers for efficient community discovery, and orchestrating processes using tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier. Basic SQL proficiency will be essential for data manipulation and analysis to support these workflows. You will drive geographic expansion initiatives, aligning with client demand and the economic viability of supply-side operations in different regions. Crucially, you will define, track, and analyze key performance metrics that truly matter for the business, such as cost per activated participant, task completion rates, repeat task engagement, and lifetime task counts segmented by market. You will also be responsible for running weekly experiments, rigorously testing new growth hypotheses, and making data-driven decisions to either iterate on successful strategies or quickly pivot away from underperforming ones, ensuring a continuous cycle of optimization and learning.

- • Proven track record of growing a marketplace, gig platform, or two-sided business, with quantifiable results and the ability to articulate specific numbers moved.
