📋 Description

• Growth Hacker + IA at Workana Limited is a pivotal role focused on designing, building, and optimizing end-to-end conversion funnels and customer journeys for SmartPro, ensuring stability, measurability, and high conversion across launches, evergreen products, organic channels, academia, and internal activations. This role directly impacts revenue and user experience by transforming technical processes into scalable, data-driven systems.
• The person will own the full lifecycle of funnel management: constructing and optimizing landing pages, sales pages, and checkout flows using tools like Webflow, WordPress, or HTML; managing educational platform configurations in Hotmart/Kajabi (products, offers, bumps, access); overseeing payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Dlocal) with rigorous QA; designing and executing email marketing and CRM automations via ActiveCampaign or similar for launch, evergreen, and post-purchase flows; ensuring end-to-end integration integrity through triggers and webhooks; conducting comprehensive pre-launch testing to validate registration-to-delivery flows; monitoring deliverability, spam reputation, and performance metrics; maintaining documentation, checklists, and SOPs for quality control; and continuously improving funnel efficiency through A/B testing, UX enhancements, and speed optimizations.

• In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), marketing automation, payment and platform integrations, and technical QA at scale. They will gain hands-on experience with edtech and payment ecosystems, become a trusted operator in high-stakes digital launches, and develop the ability to architect reliable, measurable customer journeys — positioning them for advancement into senior growth, operations, or product-focused roles within the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and optimizing funnels and landing pages using Webflow, WordPress, HTML, or similar platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel)
• Foundational technical tracking knowledge including GTM, GA4, and pixel implementation
• Proven experience with email marketing and automation tools such as ActiveCampaign or comparable platforms
• Comfort working with technical tools: forms, simple integrations, link management, and QA processes
• Strong logical and structured thinking (e.g., ‘if A happens, then trigger B’) with a process-oriented mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and discipline in quality control, including checklist usage, rigorous testing, and zero tolerance for improvisation
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and adhere to established SOPs and documentation standards
