📋 Description

• As a Growth Launcher for Europe > Nigeria at LemFi, you will be the in-market face of the company, responsible for building culturally rooted, community-first growth strategies in key European markets such as Germany, Spain, Italy, or Ireland. This role is critical to LemFi’s mission of helping immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth through a financial ecosystem that goes beyond remittances to include multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth.
• Day to day, you will design and execute user acquisition strategies online and offline, own community-led growth by planning and running events, meetups, and cultural activations, identify and manage partnerships with diaspora businesses and community organisations, conduct market research to surface cultural insights for product and marketing teams, track acquisition funnel and partnership performance using data and AI tools, represent LemFi at events and in the community, and travel across your market and occasionally across Europe for activations and engagement.
• You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries at LemFi (Series B), which processes over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries and is building the go-to financial app for the Global South. The company is expanding rapidly across Europe, with Nigerian diaspora communities at the heart of its growth strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in community growth, field marketing, partnerships, or go-to-market roles — fintech, diaspora, or multicultural environments strongly preferred
• Deep, lived familiarity with Nigerian diaspora communities in Europe — you understand the culture, the trust dynamics, and the money habits
• Proven track record of hitting acquisition or growth targets, not just running activities
• Strong communicator who can influence community leaders, local partners, and internal stakeholders equally well
• Comfortable working independently and remotely — you don't need a manager to tell you what to do next
• Analytically sharp: you're at ease with dashboards, acquisition metrics, and iterating based on what the data says
• Fluency in English required; working proficiency in the local language of your market (German, Spanish, Italian) is a strong plus
