- • As Growth & Lead Generation Manager at HousingAnywhere B.V., you will act as the technical architect for automated lead intelligence, building scalable acquisition engines that generate qualified leads and convert them into bookings across expansion markets.
- • You will define and execute lead generation strategies, design and run experiments across channels (outbound, partnerships, platforms, data sourcing), and own the roadmap for scaling initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- • You will develop end-to-end automation using tools like Workflows, Zapier, Make, or n8n, oversee scraper design and connector integration, drive AI implementation with quality checks, and document all lead intelligence mechanisms and automation flows.
- • You will monitor and optimize funnel performance from lead to first booking, refine lead scoring systems, improve targeting and segmentation, and collaborate with Sales, Regional Managers, and Revenue Ops to align commercial needs with actionable initiatives.
- • Joining the Commercial team of ~50 members across markets, you will support the mission to ensure every tenant actively seeking accommodation can find a home through HousingAnywhere’s platform, which includes HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart — Europe’s largest student rental platform.
- • You will grow by taking ownership of small projects or significant portions of larger automated lead intelligence initiatives, working independently with initiative, setting your own priorities, and progressively absorbing manual lead generation tasks to build automated pipelines.
- • You will strengthen your expertise in growth hacking, automation, AI integration, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional stakeholder management within a diverse, international, and values-driven company culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven hands-on experience in Growth & Lead Generation
- • Technical proficiency in Python or strong grasp of underlying coding logic
- • Demonstrated hands-on experience working within CRM (preferably HubSpot)
- • Solid understanding of automation logic and tools (Zapier, Make, or n8n)
- • Experience in scraper design and automation implementation
- • Strong growth mindset with ability to connect daily tasks to organizational goals
- • Excellent organizational skills, deadline management, and proactive feedback seeking
- • Core competencies: Structured Thinking & Problem Solving, Communication & Stakeholder Management, Commercial Acumen, Data-Driven Decision Making
