  • • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for the South Korean and South East Asian mobile gaming user acquisition market, identifying and targeting key players to drive sustained business expansion.
  • • Develop and execute advertiser-focused strategies that ensure long-term success, maximize ROI, and align with Almedia’s user-rewarding business model.
  • • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis specific to Korea and SEA to uncover new opportunities, optimize positioning, and inform product improvements.
  • • Drive brand visibility by actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across South Korea and Southeast Asia.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to refine offerings, enhance customer satisfaction, and scale effective growth tactics.
  • • Build and nurture high-value partnerships with mobile gaming publishers, ad networks, and key stakeholders in the region to expand Almedia’s market footprint.
  • • Continuously innovate user acquisition approaches by testing new channels, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging data to refine targeting and conversion strategies.
  • • Translate regional market insights into actionable growth plans that align with Almedia’s global mission to become Europe’s second bootstrapped unicorn.
  • • Represent Almedia at industry forums and client meetings, serving as the primary point of contact for key advertisers and partners in Korea and SEA.
  • • Take ownership of performance metrics tied to market penetration, advertiser retention, and user acquisition volume, with accountability for hitting aggressive growth targets.
  • • Operate in a high-speed, high-ownership environment where intensity is rewarded and decision-making authority is granted early and often.
  • • Work autonomously with minimal supervision, leveraging deep regional expertise to make rapid, data-informed decisions that impact global business outcomes.
  • • Maintain a relentless focus on innovation, adapting quickly to shifting market dynamics, regulatory environments, and consumer behaviors across diverse APAC markets.
