- • Lead the creation and execution of a new growth function at Kriya-Allica, shaping how growth operates from day one with an AI-native, experiment-led approach.
- • Identify high-impact growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation by mapping customer funnels and pinpointing key constraints.
- • Formulate sharp, testable hypotheses with clear mechanisms, target segments, expected impact, and measurable success metrics for every experiment.
- • Build and ship end-to-end growth experiments using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, v0, Lovable) and no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Make, Retool, Zapier) to create prototypes, landing pages, email sequences, onboarding flows, and internal tools.
- • Instrument all experiments with tracking and measurement systems to capture performance data and ensure rigorous analysis of results.
- • Analyse experimental outcomes honestly, documenting learnings regardless of whether results are positive or negative, and using insights to inform next steps.
- • Scale proven experiments into production systems to drive measurable revenue growth, improved unit economics, and increased profitability.
- • Maintain a public experiment backlog and develop reusable playbooks to institutionalise learning and elevate growth capabilities across the entire organisation.
- • Design and deploy AI-powered automation tools such as lead-scoring systems that prioritise high-intent SMEs for sales teams, reducing wasted effort and increasing conversion rates.
- • Build AI-driven customer interaction systems that auto-generate indicative loan quotes and collect supporting documentation, compressing multi-day processes into minutes.
- • Develop AI credit underwriting agents that assess application risk and accelerate decision timelines from application to approval.
- • Execute CRM reactivation campaigns targeting tens of thousands of existing SMEs in the database to re-engage and reconvert dormant prospects.
- • Operate with full ownership of outcomes, connecting every test directly to revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), or conversion rate improvements.
- • Work autonomously to move from idea to clickable prototype to instrumented test without relying on engineering resources, leveraging AI and no-code tools to deliver rapid iteration.
- • Stitch together no-code platforms, APIs, webhooks, and lightweight backends to create seamless, end-to-end experimental workflows.
- • Prioritise speed and action over documentation — favour shipping a scrappy test on Monday over writing a strategic document for Friday.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate experimental insights into product and go-to-market (GTM) recommendations that align with business objectives.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by sharing results, failures, and best practices openly across teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in growth, product, analytics, or operator roles where you owned outcomes, not just outputs
- • Proven track record of designing and running experiments that moved revenue, CAC, LTV, or conversion metrics with analytical confidence in interpreting funnels, cohorts, and basic statistics
- • Hands-on fluency with AI tools for building prototypes and automations, not just prompting or writing — ability to go from idea to clickable, instrumented test without engineering support
- • Comfort and experience stitching together no-code tools, APIs, webhooks, and lightweight backends to deliver end-to-end experiments
- • Strong commercial instinct with ability to connect every test back to revenue, positioning, or unit economics
- • High ownership mindset and bias for action — prefer shipping fast tests over lengthy planning
